Movin' On Up ...

I couldn't leave you all out there to pack and move alone, could I?
That's right, we got the house! I found out on Friday morning, but this is the first chance I've had to share the great news. God was definitely in this -- never has there been such a smooth and easy searching and application process.

We will be moving in as of July 1. Anyone have some extra boxes I could use?

  1. Sorry - no boxes for you - but yay for moving. Although, I hate moving, and try to avoid it as much as possible. This week, I need to clean - and finally put together my spare bedroom - I've lived there almost a year, and it has taken this long to get it done - yikes!

  2. We do, but you'd have to come here to Central California to get them!

    Congratulations =)

  3. Thanks, Ilse! I loathe the moving process myself, but (as much as I love my cute little apartment), it will be nice to move into a space that is both larger and much closer to where I work.

    Bec - That is a bit of a commute from NW Washington ... drat!! Thanks for the offer though, and for the well-wishes. :o)

  4. Warm congratulations.

    Will you have a spot for a little garden?

  5. HOORAY! I'm so glad for you and your sis and your new roommate! And so glad that God is so obviously in this. I wonder what adventures He has in store for the three of you in this new space?!

  6. LL - Yes!! This is what I am most thrilled about. There is ample backyard space as well as some space out front. I'm excited to bring in some pots as well as start a garden of kitchen herbs.

    Christianne - Thank you! I too look forward to seeing what blessings God has in store for us and others in this space. Wahoo!

  7. Yay! I am so excited for you! You will have to give me some pointers on the garden, especially for kitchen herbs. I am wanting to start one of my own, but know nothing about it.

    I, too, have lots of boxes, but you would have to come get them, and most of them unfortunately are still full.

    I look forward to seeing your new house in July!
