... is good for chilling on the back porch
So why would you care
To get out of this place
You and me and all our friends
Such a happy human race
Eat, drink and be merry
For tomorrow we die

Thanks for the encouraging words - and i love the pic - i think i may sit outside tonight and have some dinner. I'm on my way home - yay!
ReplyDeleteone of my favorite activities....porch settin'! and one of my favorite bands, too! a great way to speand dinner time!
ReplyDeleteI'm dying for new news on the boy
ReplyDeleteMe too, Blue Mountain! And I couldn't agree more. Fall weather has definitely arrived here, so I'm glad the sis & I took advantage of the sunny evening while we could.
ReplyDeleteIt's coming soon, Ilse, I promise!! I'm just working on a post. Being an anal English major, I have to make sure everything is perfect (you know, all the i's dotted, all the t's crossed). :o)
Just want to make sure you aren't freaking out - oh come on - it doesn't need to be perfect - I want all the dirt :)
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of eat drink and be merry, I was wondering how you are feeling and hoping that you are more encouraged about your health now that some months of a new plan are behind you.
ReplyDeleteThank you, LL. I am feeling fantastic!
ReplyDeleteI should actually post about this -- if pressed to assign a number, I feel about 85% better with the altered diet. I'm seeing a new GI specialist who is far more thorough and takes me more seriously as a patient. We shall see what the tests reveal.
But yes ... a healthy Kirsten is enjoying life far more than the one who was so ill & fatigued!
Oh, very good to hear. Blessed indeed.
