Wow.I think we often forget "he gave" had some very heavy consequences for the Son and the Father. "He knows what it's like, run to Him." I think part of "running to Him" is sharing our story, our lives with one another.
I know. I've listened to it 3 times now ... tears every time. That kid gets it. I know that Christ promised us trouble in this life, yet in the midst of it, I often find that I had all the while hoped I'd be spared.Run to Him. Not away. He knows what it's like. Those words will stick. And yes, I wholeheartedly agree: sharing our stories & lives with one another is one of the ways we do that.
Wow.. tears are a flowin. Truly from the mouth of babes. He has this kind of wisdom at 10 (my guess) I can not imagine what he will have at 20. I cross posted to this on my blog if you are ok with it. I gave credit back to you though. Thanks for sharing.
Carl -- I know what you mean!! There's a kid truly wise beyond his years. Very humbling. You are more than welcome to link back here! This is something that begs to be shared. :o)
